Hello, I am subletting my 2 room apartment until the end of June 2024. Though it's old building and as you can see shower is in the kitchen so please only contact if you are comfortable. It is furnished with full equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, big fridge and washing machine. There is 120x 200 bed and a wardrobe in one room and a huge couch in other room. It's quite minimalistic at the moment but you are more than welcome if you want to bring your stuff. There's also high-speed internet connection available.
For heating there's vintage heaters installed but if you don't know how this vintage system works, we also have infrared heaters installed.
It's located on the main road and tram lines M2 and M10 are right on the door steps. Sbhan Prenzlauer Alle and Ubhan Eberswalder Straße stations are two tram stations away.
Since my apartment is in the back building so you will not hear any traffic noise in the apartment.
Unfortunately it's not ideal for couple. Please star your message with word flower so I know you have read the whole ad. Ideally I'm looking for a single person to take over and I have also discussed with the company for the Anmeldung for single person for the desired duration of stay.
