Lust auf Urlaub in Berlin im Juni? Dann mach dir für zwei Wochen in meiner 2- Zimmer -Wohnung ein Zuhause. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre ohne Aufzug, ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Esstische, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, etc.). Inklusive renoviertem Bad. Die Küche ist auch relativ neu und hat auch alles vom Geschirr bis zur Küchenmaschine, Milchaufschäumer, Saftpresse, Toaster etc. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Hinterhof, wo man sehr gut entspannen kann.

Living like a local in Berlin for two weeks in June? Then this is your place. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor without a lift, is fully furnished and equipped with everything (washing machine, dryer, bed, desk, closet, dining table, sofa bed, television, etc.). The bathroom is small, but newly renovated. The kitchen is also relatively new and also has everything from a kitchen aid to a milk frother, juicer, toaster etc. There is also a large backyard which is great for relaxing.

Lage
Die Wohnung ist vier Minuten vom S-/Bahnhof Greifswalderstraße entfernt und ca. 5 min von der Tram Station Greifswalder/ Danziger Straße. Zudem sind in der Gegend viele Bars und Cafés sowie der schöne Anton-Saefkow- und Volkspark

Friedrichshain. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich Tischtennisplatten, ein Fußballplatz und Basketballkörper. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Rewe, Lidl und Edeka sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der wohl beste italienische Supermarkt (Centro Italia) nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is four minutes from the Greifswalderstrasse S-Bahn station and about 5 minutes from the Greifswalder/Danziger Strasse tram station. There are also many bars and cafés in the area, as well as the beautiful Anton Saefkow Park and Volkspark Friedrichshain. Right in front of the house there are table tennis tables, a soccer field and basketball courts. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Rewe, Lidl and Edeka are within walking distance. In addition, probably the best Italian supermarket (Centro Italia) is only 5 minutes away.
Sonstiges
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine strikte Nicht-Raucher*innenwohnung. Zudem sind keine großen Partys gestattet, da sich alle Nachbar*innen gut verstehen und Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis.
