Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig möbliert. Insgesamt beträgt die Wohnfläche ca 60 qm. Dazu gibt es einen kleinen Balkon (am Wohnzimmer) mit weitem Blick zum Fernsehturm.
In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, TV und WLAN vorhanden.

The apartment has 2 rooms. The rooms are furnished in high quality. In total, the living space is about 60 sqm. Additionally there is a small balkony (living room) with wide view to the TV Tower <3
In the apartment a washing machine, dish washer, TV and Wlan is available.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Prenzlauer Berg, in wenigen Gehminuten zum Mauerpark, zum Sportplatz, zahlreichen gemütlichen Cafés, tollen Restaurants, einem Einkaufszentrum, Supermärkten, verschiedenen Bahnhaltestellen (Schönhauser Allee, Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportpark, etwas ferner (15min) Gesundbrunnen).
The apartment is top located within short walking distance to Mauerpark, sportpark, plenty of cosy cafés, very good restaurants, a shopping mall, supermarktes, different train stations (Schönhauser Allee, Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportpark, little further (15min) Gesundbrunnen)
Ich vermiete nur an Einzelpersonen unter, ggf ein Paar. Tiere, Rauchen und Parties sind nicht erlaubt.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir bitte direkt ein paar persönliche Worte zu euch (was euch nach Berlin führt, was ihr beruflich macht etc). Es handelt sich nicht um ein airbnb, sondern meine private Wohnung - ich werde sie nur an jmd vermieten, bei dem ich überzeugt bin, dass es gut passt. Daher ist auch eine persönliche oder online Besichtigung erforderlich.
I sublet only to single persons, maximum a couple. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.
If you are interested, please write me directly a few personal words about you (what brings you to Berlin, what you do professionally etc). This is not an airbnb, but my private apartment - I will only rent it to sb who I am convinced is a good fit. Therefore, a personal or online viewing is also required.
