Ich biete meine Zweizimmerwohnung Wohnung in Reinickendorf zur Zwischenmiete vom 27.5.-16.7. an, mindestens jedoch für zwei Wochen innerhalb dieses Zeitraums.
> Lage
3 Min Gehweg zur U6 Scharnweberstraße, allerdings wegen Bauarbeiten musst du den Ersatzverkehr nutzen und eine Station weiter bis Kurt-Schumacher-Platz mit dem Bus fahren. Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist ansonsten ca. 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Flughafensee ist in 10 Min zu erreichen und im Sommer besonders einladend. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du auch schnell den Tegeler See. Es gibt keine netten Cafés und coolen Kultureinrichtungen in der Gegend, dafür bist du nah an Wedding dran und kommst mit der U6 überall gut und schnell hin.

Erster Stock, 53m² mit Balkon und Bad mit Wanne.
Für zwei Wochen zahlst du 400 Euro. Für den gesamten Zeitraum sind es 530 Euro. Über eine Kaution können wir telefonisch sprechen.

Hey there!
I am subletting my 53m² flat in Reinickendorf from the 27th of June to the 16h of July, minimum of two weeks in between those dates though. For the full period (19 days) you would pay 530, for two weeks it would be 400 Euros. Deposit is negotiable.
The flat has everything you need, plus a balcony and a bathroom with tub. It fits up to two people comfortably. It is located 3 minutes away from the U6 Scharnweberstrasse station, but due to renovation work you need to take the bus to the next station (Kurt-Schumacher-Platz), which is 5 minutes away. There is also a S-Bahn station some 15 minutes away. A really wonderful swimming spot, the Flughafensee is also just around the corner. But other than that, the neighbourhood won't offer you much action -- no hipster cafés, no intense street life going on.
