I am a young (26 years old) professional working as a journalist, international relations and political consultant.
The apartment will also be my main residence! I am traveling a lot and will not be staying mainly in Berlin for the next few years. But when I come here, I will also be in the apartment (in the third half room). How exactly we will regulate (regarding price and contract) is up to us and I would like to discuss this with you.

The apartment is also the place where, when I am in Berlin, I would like to have some get-togethers with friends, garden parties and or just dinners with friends. Overall, I estimate that I will be in Berlin for about 1-2 months a year, this may change however. Therefore, I would like to get along well with you and get to know you better before we sign a contract. Ideally, you are between 25-40 and a communicative person.
