Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung nahe der U8 Residenzstraße. Die helle Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und verfügt über große Fenster, einem Balkon und Dielen in allen Räumen, bis auf Küche (PVC) und Bad (Fliesen). Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Keller. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und es gab innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre keine Beschwerden.
Bus und U-Bahn sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der U8 ist der Alexanderplatz in 14 Minuten und der S-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe (Rewe 2 Minuten und Penny 5 Minuten Fußweg)
Folgende Einrichtungsgegenstände würden wir dem Nachmieter gerne gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 1100€ (VB) überlassen:
