Ich vereise im März und möchte meine möblierte Wohnung in vertrauensvolle Hände geben. Ich wohne alleine - die Wohnung ist aber auch für ein Paar sehr gut geeignet!
Das großzügig geschnittene Wohnzimmer ist neben einem Fernseher-/Couchbereich mit einer Arbeitsecke und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet.
In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Gasofen und Herd, eine Waschmaschine und weitere Kochutensilien wie Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer, usw. vorhanden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Bett sowie Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, der frei geräumt wird.
Im kleinen Tageslichtbad befinden sich Toilette, Wanne und Waschbecken. WLAN ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.

I’ll be traveling in March and would like to place my furnished apartment in trustworthy hands. I live alone - but the apartment is also very suitable for a couple!
The spacious living room is equipped with a TV/couch area, a work corner and a large dining table.
In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, gas oven and stove, a washing machine and other cooking utensils such as kettle, toaster, mixer, etc.
The bedroom is equipped with a large bed as well as a wardrobe.
In the small daylight bathroom there is a toilet, bathtub and washbasin. WLAN is available in the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Residenzstraße der U8 (5min Fußweg) zentral im Süden Reinickendorfs Die U8 fährt über den Alexanderplatz direkt ins Szeneviertel Kreuzberg. Weitere Bushaltestellen liegen vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Netto, Spätis), Restaurants und Imbisse sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located close to the underground station Residenzstraße of the U8 (5min walk) centrally in the south of Reinickendorf. The U8 goes via Alexanderplatz directly to the trendy district Kreuzberg. Further bus stops are in front of the door. Shopping facilities (Penny, Netto, Spätis), restaurants and snack bars are within walking distance.
Im Preis (750€) enthalten sind: Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, GEZ. Daneben verlange ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 100€
Melde dich gerne, wenn du Interesse hast. Ich vermiete nur über den kompletten Zeitraum (01.03.20 – 28.03.20). Wichtig ist mir, dass du ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusst bist und pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgehst. Gerne kannst du auch mal vorbeikommen und dir die Wohnung selbst anschauen.
