Ich möchte gern meine schöne Altbauwohnung in der Nähe zum Lichtenberger Bahnhof in Rummelsburg tauschen gegen eine kleinere 1-2 Zimmer-Wohnung, die bestenfalls nicht allzu weit weg ist. Aber bei der Lage bin ich flexibel.
Mein Budget beträgt ca. 600€. Es kommt NUR ein Tausch infrage.

Zur Wohnung:
2-Zimmer ca. 26qm + 23qm(mit Balkon)
Bad mit Glasdusche + Badewanne
Extra WC, separat vom Badezimmer
Küche mit genug Platz für Tisch und Stühle
Dielenboden
Einbauschränke

Perfekte Anbindung an Bus, S-Bahn und U-Bahn. Man ist in 1min am Bahnhof. Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Spätis direkt vor der Tür.

Vom Datum her bin ich flexibel. Es muss nicht zwingend der 1.10. sein.
Der angegebene Preis ist der, den ich aktuell bezahle. Wenn ein neuer Mietvertrag mit der Hausverwaltung gemacht wird, ist es nicht auszuschließen, dass es teurer wird.

Besichtigung natürlich möglich, genaueres wird dann besprochen.
