Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet.
Ich suche eine:n Nachmieter:in für meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schmargendorf/Wilmersdorf. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG, hat einen sonnigen Balkon und wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren aufwendig renoviert. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist ein schöner Parkettboden. Das moderne Bad hat ein Fenster, Badewanne und Dusche sowie Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Zur Sbahn Hohenzollderndamm braucht man gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß, vor dem Haus hält aber auch der Bus dorthin. Außerdem sind in der Nähe diverse Buslinien zb zum Zoo oder zum Heidelberger Platz.
Die Parksituation ist für Berliner Verhältnisse ziemlich gut. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz in der Straße.
Die Küche, die Waschmaschine und den großen Pax-Schrank (mit Türen, anders als auf den Bildern) möchte ich gegen Ablöse (2000€ VB) in der Wohnung lassen. Über weitere Möbel können wir bei Interesse gerne sprechen.
