Wir suchen für unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schöneberg (U7 Eisenacher Str.) vom 15.05.23 - 30.09.23 nette und zuverlässige Untermieter*innen. Wir nehmen eine gemeinsame Elternzeit und werden den Sommer über nicht in Berlin sein.
Unsere Wohnung misst insgesamt rund 94m2 und besteht aus Schlafzimmer (1,80er Doppelbett), einem Wohnzimmer, einem kleinen Schreibzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Bad mit Badewanne, einer geräumigen Wohnküche und einem Balkon/Loggia. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und die Zimmer zeigen zum Innenhof.
Wir wohnen im Akazien/Goltzkiez, wo es nie langweilig wird! Viele Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote warten hier auf euch!
Ihr werdet hier alles finden, was ihr für einen schönen Sommer in Berlin braucht! Unsere Wohnung eignet sich für ein Pärchen oder eine Kleinfamilie (Wickelkommode steht noch im Schlafzimmer ;-).

SUBTENANTS WANTED!
We are looking for nice and reliable subtenants for our spacious 3-bedroom-flat in Schöneberg (near U7 Eisenacher Straße) from 15th of May until 30th of September 2023. We are taking some parental leave together and will be away from Berlin over the summer.
Our flat is about 94m2 and consists of our bedroom (1,80m double bed), living room, one smaller office room with a sleeper couch, bathroom with bathtub, big eat-in kitchen and a balcony. We live in the backhouse and the rooms face the inner yard.
We live in the area of Akazienstraße/Goltzstraße, where it never gets boring! Lots of cafés, shopping opportunities and other leisure opportunities are waiting here for you!
Our flat is perfect for a couple or a smaller family. We still have the nappy changing table and baby chair standing around :-)

(Although we know that so many people are desperately looking for a flat in Berlin, we can only offer ours for a temporary sublet and there is no chance for a permanent lease afterwards.)
