- 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1,60m Bett und Kinderhochbett KURA (noch nicht auf den Fotos), Fenster zum stillen Hof,
- 1 Arbeitszimmer mit 1,20 Schlafcouch, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Fenster zur Straße,
- 1 Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, Balkon zur Straße,
- 1 weiteres kleines Arbeitszimmer, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch + Bildschirm, Fenster zum Hof.
- 1 Küche, 1 Bad.

(Ebenfalls vorhanden: Klavier, Profi-Nähmaschine und kleine Fahrradwerkstatt)

Der Preis bezieht sich auf einen Monat.

As our current subletters found their dream home earlier, we are offering our flat for the last 1 - 1,5 months of our travels abroad.
Typical Berlin-Altbau with heigh ceiling, wooden floor, lots of natural light.
Completely furnished:
- 1 bedroom with 1,60 m bed + Ikea KURA child-bed (not yet on the photo), window to the quiet patio,
- 1 home office with 1,20 m sleep couch, height-adjustable desk, window to the street,
- 1 living room with a convertible sofa, balcony to the street,
- 1 small home office, height-adjustable desk + external screen, window to patio.
- 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.

(Also there: a piano, a professional sewing machine and a bike workshop corner)

The price refers to one month.

We really like our place and hope to find a nice individual / couple / family, who‘d similarly like it and would handle our things with care while we are gone.
