Ich möchte gerne meine Wohnung vom 15.Nov 2023 bis 31.4.2024 untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine stilvoll eingerichtete sehr helle Altbauwohnung mit einem
großen Balkon und eine freie Aussicht über die Stadt. Die letzte Sanierung ist nur wenige
Jahre her und damit ist sie technisch so wie ästhetisch in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet ( zb spühlmaschine)
Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage, ist man sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Regional Bf und RIngbahn am
Südkreuz sind in nur 8min zu Fuß erreichbar und die Autobahnauffahrt nur 3min mit dem Auto. Der Akazien Kiez ist15min Fußweg für eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants. Es gibt ein reichliches Sportangebot innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg, so wie eine auswahl verschiedener Parks im Umkreis.
