Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss und besitzt neben einem Schlaf- und einem Arbeitszimmer eine Loggia, ein großes Wohnzimmer (inklusive bequemer großer Couch und HD-Beamer), ein großes Esszimmer sowie Küche (mit Kaffeevollautomat, Geschirrspüler & Waschtrockner), zwei Bäder, einen grünen Innenhof sowie ein riesiges Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Schöneberg im Bayrischen Viertel.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for my apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg during my sabbatical from 01.02.-30.04.24.
The apartment is fully furnished and ideal for a couple or single person.It's located on the first floor and has a bedroom and a study, a loggia, a large living room (including a comfortable large couch and HD projector), a large dining room and kitchen (with fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher & washer-dryer), two bathrooms, a green courtyard and a huge cellar compartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Schöneberg im Bayrischen Viertel.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich der Rudolph Wilde Park, perfekt für Sport oder Spazieren gehen.
Auch sonst ist alles was man für den Alltag benötigt - Supermärkte, Spätis, Ärzte, Friseure, Restaurants etc - direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ubahn-Stationen Berliner Staße und Bayrischer Platz sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Straße selber ist eine ruhige Straße mit schönen alten Häusern.
Hier leben hauptsächlich Berufstätige und Familien.

The apartment is located in the middle of Schöneberg in the "Bayrisches Viertel"
Rudolph Wilde Park is just around the corner, perfect for sports or walking.
Everything else you need for everyday life - supermarkets, late-night shops, doctors, hairdressers, restaurants, etc. - is right on your doorstep. The subway stations Berliner Staße and Bayrischer Platz are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The street itself is a quiet street with beautiful old houses.
Mainly professionals and families live here.
