We sublet our newly renovated historic Altbau flat with hardwood floors, 4.6m ceilings and wing doors. The flat is filled with art and our beloved plants.
It is perfect for a couple or a single person with a spacious bedroom, a living-room with a working area, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine and a balcony.
We are looking for someone who appreciates our home as its own.
Keithstr. is super central, 5 minute walk to U-Wittenbergplatz and many bus lines (M19,M29, M46..). S-Bahn Zoologischer Garten is 20 minute walk.
Kudamm is just in front of your door, Tiegarten is a 20 minute walk and Nollendorf and Akazienkiez with cute little shops and restaurants is also in walking distance. We are happy to supply you with our favorite places to go :).
We are super happy to find someone who loves our place as much as we do.
80€ "Sonstige Kosten" are for the cleaning in the end. Cleaning throughout your stay can also be arranged with our cleaning lady.
