Das Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank von 2,5 m Breite und ein 1,60 m Bett. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes Bücherregal, Sofa und Schreibtisch mit vielen Pflanzen, falls du/Sie die übernehmen möchtet.

The beautiful flat in a 1900s old building is true to the original with wood flooring and double windows in the rear courtyard. You have a beautiful south-facing view from the kitchen, living room and bedroom, and even in winter there is still sun in the flat, thanks to the 4th floor. There is approximately 4 square metres of storage space in the hallway above the front door. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a Miele washing machine. The bedroom has a large wardrobe (2.5 m wide) and a 1.60 m bed. In the living room there is a large bookshelf, sofa and desk with lots of plants if you would like to take them.
Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 4 Minuten beim S-Bahnhof Friedenau. Mit der S1 ist man sehr gut angebunden und ist eine Station von der Ringbahn entfernt. Man kommt schnell zur U+S Friedrichstraße, ist in 25 Minuten beim Herrmannplatz oder im Sommer geht es direkt zum Schlachtensee.
In der Straße gibt es eine sehr nette und leckere Bäckerei, einen kleinen NahKauf für alles, zwei Apotheken, einen Blumenladen, ein Indisches und ein Nepalesisches Restaurant. Auch kommt man zu Fuß zu einem Lidl und Edeka in der Hedwigstraße, wo es weitere schöne und praktische Läden gibt.
Die Cecilliengärten sind sehr hübsch für einen kleinen Spaziergang, und auch die Kleingartenkollonien inclusive dem Naturpark Südgelände sind hervorragend zum joggen, gerade im Frühling wenn alles aufblüht.

Friedenau S-Bahn station is just a 4-minute walk away. The S1 is very well connected and is only one stop away from the Ringbahn. It also takes you quickly to U+S Friedrichstraße, to Herrmannplatz in 25 minutes.
In the street there is a very nice and tasty bakery, a small NahKauf for everything, two pharmacies, a flower shop, an Indian and a Nepalese restaurant. You can also walk to a Lidl and Edeka on Hedwigstraße, where there are other nice and practical shops.
The Cecilliengärten are very pretty for a short walk, and the garden colonies including the Naturpark Südgelände are also excellent for jogging, especially in spring.
