The apartment is located 1 min walk from Julius Lieber Brücke S Bahn and Bus stop. 5 mins walk from U-Kleistpark.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor. Small entrance space and opens to a large living room and open kitchen space. There is a separate bedroom. The bathroom comes with shower and is spacious. Although building is in ground floor, the windows are tinted and neighbourhood is safe.

The apartment comes fully furnished with Sofa, couch, Bed and other furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped along with Dishwasher, Fridge. Wifi is included. I have some plants in the apartment that would require some care 🌱

DM, Rossmann, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka 1 minute walk from the apartment. You can take the Kaiser Willhem Passage and reach all the stores like TK maxx, Woolworth, tedi nearby. Gym as well.

The area is a quiet street and plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants around. Best thing, Rüyam Döner is 3 mins walk from the apartment.

Plenty of greenery and nice parks around. There is always some lovely fleamarket in Akazienstrasse and Rathaus Schöneberg.

I will be travelling for a month and looking for someone who would stay in the space during this time. The space is great to host friends, however no parties or loud music as there are kids living in the apartment.
