Wohnung in Berlin Schoeneberg / Wilmersdorf mit 3 Zimmern zu vermieten. 450 Euro warm (inklusive Heizung, Warmwasser und Strom). Die Wohnung ist 64qm gross und hat einen grossen Balkon, Keller. Bad mit Dusche.
Ich habe selbst in der Wohnung gewohnt, da ich aber nach London ziehe, kann ich mich nicht mehr darum kuemmern und will sie deshalb vermieten. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstaende kann ich nicht mitnehmen. Daher koennen Waschmaschine, Kuehlschrank, und PC mit Router und DSL Modem sowie Fernsehr und DVD Player, sowie eine Couch und ein Bett koennen auf Wunsch kostenlos benutzt werden. (Internetverbindung muss selbst bestellt werden). Kuecheneinrichtung (Besteck, etc) ist auch vorhanden. Ein Zimmer ist moebliert, das andere ist leer.
Lage: 5min Fussweg von S + U Bundesplatz. Supermaerkte Aldi und Lidl direkt in der Naehe.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der A 100, ist aber nicht laut da sie sehr gut isolierte Fenster hat.
