Die Küche ist vollständig und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschiene, Herd etc.). Das Bad hat eine große Badewanne und Waschmaschiene.
Die Wohnung hat eine schnelle Internet Flatrate / WLAN. Die Wohnung ist im beliebten Berliner Akazienstr./Goltzstr. - Kiez und der beliebte Winterfeldplatz ist fußläufig zu erreichen. U-Bahn-Linien (U 7) und Bussverkehr sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt.

nice furnished 120m² apartment with 3 rooms! The flat is part of a typical "Altbau". Its in the 1st floor. It has 3 large rooms, with wonderful wooden floor. All 3 rooms are seperate from each other. The rooms are with curtains, nice lamps equipped and ready to live in with beds.There is a dining table, closets etc as well.
Kitchen is full equipped and the flat has a washing machine as well.
It has a huge balcony with nice view.
Its close to the famous Akazienstr/ Goltzstr. and the famous winterfeldplatz at the beautiful part of Schöneberg.Metro and busses are straight in front of the door, so perfect for using the public transportation systems!
