Strom (Stromkosten z.Zt. 72,00 € für Ökostrom) für die Zeit von (frühestens) 01.06.2011 bis voraussichtlich Ende Mai 2012 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (inkl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher, Bett, Schränke etc.) und superhell (u.a. Oberlichte in Wohnzimmer und Küche).
Top Verkehrsanbindung (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus und Autobahnauffahrt direkt vor der Tür) aber ruhig, da sich die Wohnung in einem reinen Wohnviertel befindet. Internet- und Telefonanschluss ist vorhanden.
