Meine großartige & große 2 Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung sucht ab dem 20.05. für zwei Monate, also bis Mitte Juli, einen netten Zwischenmieter. Ich bin für die 8 Wochen reisend unterwegs, also bleibt die Wohnung komplett möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG und hat zwei schöne, sonnige große Zimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof, eins mit franz. Balkon. Überall gibts hohe Decken und Dielen. Die Zimmer sind "hintereinander" , aber mit Tür getrennt - also bedingt WG geeignet.
Ich lass für die 8 Wochen die Wohnung möbliert. Sollte Dir aber irgendwas nicht gefallen, habe ich einen großen Keller indem ich noch etwas verstauen kann. Es fehlt aber weder an Waschmaschine noch an Festnetztelefon.
Jetzt noch ein paar Zahlen: Zeitraum ist ungefähr vom 20.05. bis 25.07. - ich bin aber flexibel und kann gerne ein, zwei Tage nach vorne oder hinten schieben. Preis liegt bei 550€/Monat mit allem drum und dran. Greenpeace Strom, Internet und Festnetzflat.
Die Gegend der Wohnung ist für mich ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Ruhig, entspannte Leute und dennoch ganz nah (5 Min zu Fuß) an der Ringbahn, Stadtautobahn, zwischen S- Innsbrucker Platz und Bundesplatz.
