Hallo, wir (w30, m32) suchen zum 1.9. (evtl. schon 15.8.) Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung (oder zweieinhalb Zimmer, da das 3. Zimmer sehr klein ist) mit Balkon und Tageslichtbad (mit Badewanne) in der Badenschen Str. in 10825 Berlin Schöneberg.
Die Wohnung war bei unserem Einzug (Dezember 2009) komplett saniert und ist eher für Einzelpersonen oder Paare geeignet, nicht unbedingt als WG (siehe Grundriss). Laminatböden, kein Altbau, weiße Wände, Balkon zum Innenhof (Südseite).
Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Übergang zu Wilmersdorf, die Ubahnstationen Rathaus Schöneberg (U4) und Bayerischer Platz (U7) sind je in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt (Nahkauf, Mo bis Sa 7-22 Uhr) befindet sich direkt in der Nachbarschaft.
Die Miete wird für den Nachmieter auf voraussichtlich 1049 Euro warm erhöht. Die Küche gehört uns (IKEA Modulküche) und soll wenn möglich vom Nachmieter übernommen werden.
