We´re traveling out of Berlin for 3 weeks and are looking for responsible individuals to sublet our apartment. The apartment is completely furnished and in excellent condition. The apartment has 2 rooms, a complete kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Beautiful wood floors, French balcony.
Wir fliegen 3 Wochen ins Urlaub und suchen verantwortliche Untermieter während wir weg sind. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und gut aufgehoben. Wir sind auch mit Büsse gut verbunden. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, komplette Küche, und Bad mit Badewanne. Wunderschönes Holzboden, französisches Balkon.
The apartment is in a good location. It´s a 5 minute walk to S-bahn Schöneberg and 10 minutes to Eisenacher Straße. There are also excellent bus connections. The Akazienkiez as well as numerous grocery stores, wine shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes are just around the corner.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Man läuft 5 Minuten bis S-bahn Schöneberg und 10 bis Eisenacher Straße. Wir sind auch mit Büsse gut verbunden. Das Akazienkiez, so wie zahlreiche Supermärkte, Weinläden, Boutiques, Restaurants und Cafes sind direkt um die Ecke.
