Dear all,
Due to departure of the curent tenant, I rent a cool flat from the 1st of April in the great Goltztrasse/Akazienstrasse Kiez of Berlin, close to everything.
It is very clean, all furnished, very quiet and face South to beautifull buildings accross the Grunewaldstrasse.
The flat itself is located in a semi recent building, with no specific charm but clean and sooooo convenient, with a very good central heating !!!
Rental can not be shorter than 7 months. A legal lease contract is fixed.
Price is 700 euros per month ''all in'' Warm, based over a 370 € Kalt + 330 estimated costs (water, electricity ...).
Sorry in advance if I cannot answer everybody in case of excess on requests.

Perfectly located 100 metters from the Ubahn Eisenacherstrasse, but close to SB Justus Lieber Bruecke or the multidestination metro hub of Nollendorfplatz.
In the area, dozens of small restaurants, cafés, shops, boutiques for all budgets.
A supermarket Edeka is 150 m far.
The Kleistpark and it green grass just ahead the flat is cool for a little running.
Twice a week, a great market over the Winterfeldplatz.
In my idea, the greatest place in Berlin !!!
