Hallo Zusammen,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter(in) für meine Wohnung am Nollendorfplatz.
Der ursprüngliche Vertrag gilt bis Oktober aber kann verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönes Hinterhof, also sehr rühig obwohl Man ist auch direkt am zahlreiche Cafes, Restaurants, Kneipen, sowie 24-stunden geöffnet Kaisers!
Die vollausgestattete Küche bedient auch als Wohnzimmer, es gibt auch ein kleiner Zimmer dazu was passt ein sofa usw. rein. In die Kuche stehen ein Gasherd, Kuhlschrank, Tisch, Stühle, Sofa, alles von Vermieterin. Dazu ist eine Waschmachine, die eine besondere Große ist (d.h. Relativ klein, das es überhaupt zum Anschlüß position passt) und auch noch unter Garantie, dafür die 100 euro Abschlagbezahlung.
Der Schlafzimmer ist groß, mit Bett und andere Möbil; am ende des Flurs ist eine große Abstellraum was funkioniert perfekt als große Garderobe.
Im Badezimmer gibts auch weitere Abstellplatz, sowie Badewanne/Dusche.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Keller.
Bitte achten, die genannte Miete betrifft nur die Wohnung plus alle Möbil zu vermieten.
Heizung sowie warmes Wasser und Kochen ist alles Gas, dafür muss Man noch bezahlen, auch Strom dazu - ich habe etwa 90 euro pro Monat bezahlt. Es gibt auch schon Internet was kostet 20 euro pro Monat.
