Wir suchen für unsere schöne große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung nette Zwischenmieter im Zeitraum vom 03.07.-16.08.2015. Die Wohnung liegt in einer parallel Straße zur Goltzstraße, mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden (U7 Kleistpark und U Nollendorfplatz sind fußläufig erreichbar). Da wir selber eine 5 Monate alte Tochter haben, ist die Wohnung vor allem für Familien sehr gut geeignet (können Kinderbett und Wickeltisch zur Verfügung stellen). Es gilt absolutes Rauchverbot in der Wohnung!
Über eine gelegtliche Pflanzenpflege (gießen) würden wir uns auch sehr freuen!
