Meine Freundin und ich vermieten von Anfang Oktober (05.10.) bis Ende des Jahres unsere wunderschöne, helle Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock mit knapp 90 qm, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind je ca. 30 qm groß, die Küche bietet ebenfalls viel Platz und das Bad geräumig.
Die Wohnung ist auf einen kleinen Platz nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, es ist sehr ruhig und hell. Sie hat wunderschöne alte Dielen, die Decken mit Stuck sind 4 Meter hoch: Ein klassischer Berliner Wohntraum! Die Wohnung wird komplett vollmöbliert untervermietet, d.h. mit Bett, Schrank, Sofa, etc., Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Dazu gibt es noch einige Annehmlichkeiten wie die Espresso-Siebträgermaschine, den Plattenspieler oder den großen Flatscreen TV mit PS3/Bluray-Player. DSL Faltrate mit schnellem Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

My girlfriend and I are subletting our beautiful, bright apartment in a 19 century building in Berlin-Schöneberg from beginning of October (Oct 5) till end of the year. It’s in the third floor with around 90 sqm, the bedroom and the living room are 30 sqm and kitchen as well as bathroom are spacious.
The apartment is directed southwest, so it is very sunny. As you are looking on a small square it is quiet, too. The awesome old timber piling and the 4 meter high ceiling with stucco decoration make you like living the classic Berlin dream. The flat is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, sofa etc. washing machine and dishwasher and offers various additional comforts as the espresso machine, a record player and a flatscreen TV with PS3/Bluray-player. A fast internet connection is provided.
Die Gegend um den Akazienkiez in Schöneberg ist eine der schönsten Ecken der Stadt. Viele kleine Läden, Cafés, Restaurants, und verschiedene Supermärkte (deutsch, türkisch, asiatisch etc.) Der nahegelegene Winterfelde-Markt ist der beste food-Markt der Stadt! Dazu ist man mit der Eisenacher Str. U-Bahn Station (U7) und der Julius-Leber-Brücke (S-Bahn) perfekt angebunden. Vom nahegelegenen Kaiser-Wilhelm Platz fahren auch Busse in die Innenstadt. Die Straße runter gibt es am Rathaus Schöneberg einen netten Park zum Joggen oder Entspannen. Das Haus liegt an einem wunderbaren kleinen Platz mit großem Baum, es ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich.

The area around the „Akazienkiez“ (Akazienstraße) in Schöneberg is one of the most beautiful and livable quarters in the city with a lot of cafés, restaurants, little stores and supermarkets (german, turkish, asian etc.). The closely Winterfeldt-market is the best food market in town! The Eisenacher Straße metro station (U7), the Julius-Leber-Brücke (S-Bahn) and several busses from Kaiser-Wilhelm Platz offer perfect connection to everywhere. There is a lush park just down the street next to the Rathaus Schöneberg (where JFK spoke his famous words…). The apartment house itself is looking on a little square with a huge tree, its very calm and cosy.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen (auf Wohnungssuche in Berlin?), aber natürlich auch für eine Einzelperson perfekt geeignet. Die Wohnung wird ab 5. Oktober vermietet, bis Ende des Jahres (tbd), weil wir nicht in Berlin sein werden. Bitte also keine Anfragen für einen deutlich kürzeren Zeitraum. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 1100 EUR pro Monat (+ Kaution) inkl. allem. Da es unser geliebtes zu Hause ist, bitte schreibt uns kurz ein paar Zeilen über Euch und Eure Telefonnummer, wir melden uns dann.

The apartment is perfectly convenient for a couple or a singe person. We rent the apartment only for the whole period from October 5th till end of the year (tbd) while we are not in Berlin. Please no inquieries for any short-term rentals. The costs are 1100 EUR per month (+deposit) including everything. As it is our beloved home please write a couple of lines and we will come back to you.
