zu vermieten ist eine voll ausgestattete 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im wunderbaren Schöneberger Crelle-Kiez zwischen Monumentenstraße und Yorckstraße. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und hell. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 15 qm), ein Wohnzimmer (25qm), Küche, Bad, Flur und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof, der den ganzen Tag Sonne hat - also ideal für deinen Sommerbesuch in Berlin.
Die Wohnung ist in sehr ruhiger und wunderschöner Lage an der Grenze Kreuzberg/Schöneberg. Der Mehringdamm ist 5 Min. entfernt. S- und U-Bahn-Haltestelle Yorckstraße ist 2 Min weit weg. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Biomarkt, Wochenmarkt Mittwochs und Samstags, Aldi, Lidl, ein kleiner Bächer und ein Späti direkt neben an) in der Nähe. Auch Bars und Cafés in Schöneberg und Kreuzberg sind nicht weit entfernt und fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Viktoriapark und der Park am Gleisdreieck sind direkt neben an und laden zum Joggen oder im Freien sein ein.

I offer a furnished apartment in an old building in Berlin Schöneberg (Crelle-Kiez). The apartment is really quiet and light with a balcony to the courtyard. The apartment (kitchen, bathroom and my sleeping room) is fully furnished. So if you plan to spend a few days in Berlin's enjoyable summer, this place could be a perfect home-base for you. It's perfectly connected to all other parts of the city by public transport (S- and U-Bahn is in 3 minute walking distance). Schöneberg has a lot to offer - from bars, restaurants, parks, but also markets and shopping-places are just around the corner.
