I'm sub-letting my apartment for 6 months (possibly more). It has 2 bedrooms and one living room and it's located 3 minutes away from the Nollendorfplatz. The living room is spacious and bright, has 1 corner couch, a large desk, dining table and book shelves. One bedroom located towards the backyard has a double Hochbett, wardrobe, desk and a sofa. The other bedroom is next to the living room and includes a double-bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The apartment is fully furnished including dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, cooking tools, plates and everything else needed for a comfortable life. There is a backyard with a bike shed and a cellar available as well. It's positioned on the 2nd floor of a side street in a quiet building.
There is possibility for a WG, but only for 2 people maximum. I will be away for work reasons for at least 6 months, therefore it's possible to extend after the initial term as well.
The Nollendorfplatz U-bahn station is 3 minutes away where you can find 4 U-bahn lines (U1, U2, U3, U4) and several buses. Around the U-bahn station there are several supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe) and many cafes, restaurants and bars. There is also wonderful weekly market which is a must for every weekend.
The area is vibrant with a mix of locals and foreigners, young and old as well as some weekend tourists. You can get to the new Glesidreieck Park in 5 minutes with a bike and you can be in the heart of Tiergarten within 5 minutes. The Ku'Damm area is also one U-bahn stop away.
The costs include all expenses with heating, electricity, gas and internet. Parking is also available in front of the building and on the main street under the U-bahn tracks.
I have a good relationship with my neighbours and I would like to keep it that way, if you know what I mean!
Visits are possible any time based on a pre-arranged meeting.
