Das andere bietet ebenfalls Schlafmöglichkeiten für zwei Personen, kann aber auch als kleines Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden.
Der Balkon zeigt zum Hinterhof und ist von beiden Schlafzimmern aus begehbar.
Die Küche verfügt über Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Induktionsherd. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
It is a 70 square metres flat with three rooms. From the entrance a spacious corridor leads to a big living room, which has a huge window and is very light. Besides there are two bedrooms. One of them has a very comfortable bed, especially suited for tall people. The other one as well offers sleeping facility for two people, but it can be used also as a small office.
The balcony looks to the internal court and can be accessed from both bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and induction cooker. The bathroom contains a bathtub and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage. In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das berühmte KaDeWe, den Zoo, den Tiergarten, Kurfürstendamm, die Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche und den belebten Wittenbergplatz, von wo man mit der U-Bahn die ganze Stadt erreicht.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen ist und sich im Hinterhaus befindet.
Gleich um die Ecke gibt es viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und den hübschen Viktoria-Luise-Platz, wo man bei gutem Wetter auf der Wiese um den Brunnen herum sitzen oder in einem der umliegenden Cafes einen Drink genießen kann.
The location is very convenient. In 10 minutes of walk you can reach the famous KaDeWe, the Zoo, Tiergarten, Kurfürstendamm, Kaiser Willhelm Gedächtniskirche, and Wittenbergplatz with a well connected ubahn station.
Though being so central, the flat is very quiet, because it is located in the back house of a quiet street.
Right around the corner there are many restaurants, supermarkets, and the lovely Viktoria-Luise-Platz, where in good weather people hang out on the grass or enjoy a drink in one of the cafes around the fountain.
