Wir sind im Dezember 2016 in diese aufwendig sanierte Altbauwohnung (89 qm) eingezogen. Die Doppelfenster und der Dielenboden wurden komplett saniert und es ist ein neues modernes Bad eingebaut worden. Es gibt zwei große Zimmer, eine große Küche.
Du kannst in der Wohnung alles benutzen – über Smoothie Mixer bis zur Waschmaschine (und sogar ein Trockner), Spülmaschine und 6-Platten-Herd mit Spanferkelspieß ist alles am Start, was man so braucht :)
Die Wohnung liegt an der Julius-Leber-Brücke in Schöneberg und damit direkt an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg. Fußläufig findet man demnach alles was das Herz begehrt: in der Kaiser-Wilhelms-Passage sind Lebensmittelläden wie Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, DM, Rossmann etc. Der Akazienkiez ist auch direkt um die Ecke und bietet viele kleine Cafés und Läden zum stöbern. Man ist außerdem super angebunden: die U-Bahn-Station Kleistpark ist 5 min. zu Fuß, die S-Bahn-Station Julius-Leber-Brücke 100 m. entfernt und es fahren Busse in alle Himmelsrichtung vom Kaiser-Wilhelms-Platz aus.
Die Daten sind ein wenig flexibel und untervermietet kann werden kann nur an bis zu zwei Personen.
