Wir suchen nette Zwischenmieter, die Nicht-Raucher sind und keine Haustiere haben. Wir bevorzugen Mieter, die die Wohnung für die gesamten 3 Monate anmieten.
Im Pauschalmietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet, etc).

We rent our beloved top floor apartment for 3 months. It is fully furnished, including high quality kitchen, TV, internet and stereo (5 Sonos boxes). The apartment is very bright and has 2 balconies (large east-facing balcony, small south / west facing balcony). An elevator is available.
We are looking for nice intermediate tenants who are non-smokers and have no pets. We prefer people who rent the apartment for the whole 3 months.
The flat rate includes all costs (incl. heating, water, electricity, internet, etc)
