Ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von 02. Juni bis 11. August.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, hat 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Arbeitszimmer) und eine Wohnküche. Für Pärchen ist die Wohnung auch geeignet.
Von der Küche und dem Arbeitszimmer schaut man auf den Winterfeldtplatz, das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist dadurch sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich, da sie im 4. Stock liegt. Es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug!
Sie kostet inkl. allem 1200€ (Telefon, Internet, Strom, Heizung) pro Monat (Juni und Juli), für die 11 Tage im August 500€. Außerdem kommen noch 500€ Kaution hinzu.
Es dauert keine 5 Minuten zum Nollendorfplatz, dort fahren 4 UBahnen ab (U1, U2, U3, U4) und der M19 Bus.
Aber eigentlich muss man den Kiez nicht verlassen, denn man findet alles in Fußweite (Supermarkt, Kneipen, Restaurants). Jeden Mittwoch und Samstag ist Wochenmarkt auf dem Winterfeldtplatz.
Ich suche eine unkomplizierte, nette Person oder ein Pärchen, dass auf meine Wohnung aufpasst, solange ich nicht in der Stadt bin.
Keine Raucher.
