Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2018 kernsaniert. Es wurde (Klick-)Parkett verlegt, neue Fenster eingebaut und die sanitären Anlagen erneuert.
Im Zimmer rechts befindet sich aktuell ein Hochbett, dies kann übernommen werden (Kostenlos). Die Fläche eignet sich auch für Stauraum (wenn man nicht dort oben schlafen möchte).
U Nollendorfplatz (U1-4) und Eisenacher Str. (U7) befindet sich etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt die Buslinie 204, an der Kreuzung (3 Gehminuten) die M46. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny und Netto sind um die Ecke (5 Gehminuten) und am Nollendorfplatz ist der Edeka 24/6 geöffnet.
Jeden Mittwoch und Samstag findet auf dem Winterfeldplatz (5 Gehminuten) der Wochenmarkt statt, auf welchem ein breites Regionales Angebot zu finden ist.
