we rent our super-beautiful, bright 3-room apartment for good 1,5 months from 01.07. until 17.08.2025 as we travel.
High old building ceilings with 3,50m height, a south-facing balcony and a huge private community garden incl. Playground (only for the tenants) are our personal highlights.
The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for children: all essential things like washing machine, dishwasher, internet-flat, printers are available so that you can enjoy a relaxing time :)

-a children's balcony (16m2)
-a quiet bedroom (with 180x200 king bed and cot) to the garden out (14m2)
-large kitchen (13m2), which invites you to stay and cook.

wir vermieten unsere super-schöne, helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für gute 1,5 Monate vom 01.07. bis zum 17.08.2025, da wir auf Reisen sind.
Hohe Altbaudecken mit 3,50m Höhe, ein Südbalkon und ein riesiger privater Community Garten inkl. Spielplatz (nur für die Mieter) sind unsere persönlichen Highlights.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und kindergeeignet: alle selbstverständlichen, wichtigen Dinge wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Internet-Flat, Drucker sind vorhanden, sodass dir/euch garantiert ein entspannte Zeit bevorsteht :)
Wohnungsaufteilung:
-ein großes Wohnzimmer (26m²) mit Couch (die zum 140x200m Bett verwandelt werden kann),
-ein Kinder/Balkonzimmer (16m²)
-ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer (mit 180x200er Kingsize-Bett und Kinderbett) zum Garten raus (14m²)
-große Wohnküche (13m²), die zum Verweilen und Kochen einlädt.

From the apartment it is only 50m to S1, 150m to U7 and 300m to S2/S25/S26.
Shops: Rewe is 400m away, the BioCompany 300m.
Especially in the summer, the track triangle park just 500m away invites you to stay, a huge area with mooring meadows, playgrounds, sports facilities and much more. And who wants to be right in the green without any way will find his place in our private community garden in the quiet backyard.
Last but not least: Only 300m away is the Crelle Weekly Market, which offers a multicultural ambience every Wednesday and Saturday to stroll, browse, snacks and regional food.
