Hallo, ich bin Miguel :) Ich vermiete mit meiner Freundin zusammen eine charmanten Wohnung im Zentrum von Berlin im coolen Schöneberg gelegen.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und gemütlicher Chill-Ecke und genügend Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen.
Jedes Zimmer erhält viel natürliches Licht, da vor der Wohung kein Haus vorsteht. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein 1,40m breites Bett, zwei Kleiderschränke zur Aufbewahrung und ein L-förmiges Sofa, auf dem man auch schlafen kann.
In der Küche gibt es einen Herd und Ofen für leckere Mahlzeiten, einen großen Kühlschrank und eine italienische Espressomaschine für tollen Capuccino, Flat White oder was auch immer :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Schöneberg mit 1 Minute Fußweg zum Akazienkiez mit Coffeeshops, tollen Restaurants, netten Bars und einem schönen Park.
Rund um den Block der Wohnung gibt es drei verschiedene Supermärkte, ein Kino und die S-Bahn (Ringbahn, S1, S25, S46), die Sie direkt mit Berlin Mitte in 10 Minuten verbindet.

Außerdem bietet die Wohnung:

Hi, I am the site of a really charming flat located in the center of Berlin in beautiful Schöneberg.
The flat has a very spacious living room with dining table and comfortable chilling area and enough space to move around freely. Every room recieves a lot of natural light, as there is no house in front of it. In the bedroom there is a 1,40m bed, two wardrobes for storage and a L-shaped sofa, where you can also sleep on.
In the kitchen there is a strong stove and oven for delicous meals, a big fridge and a italian espresso machine for great capuccino, flat white or what ever :)
The flat is located in the center of Schöneberg with 1-minute footwalk to the Akazienkiez with coffe-shops, great restaurants, nice bars and a beautiful park.
Around the block of the flat, there are three different supermarkets, a cinema and the train-station that connects you directly to Berlin Mitte in 10 minutes.
