Das Schlafzimmer ist derzeit ein Kinderzimmer und wird noch als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Weitere Fotos auf Anfrage.
Die Gegend ist mit dem gegenüberliegenden Lassenpark und dem Wilmersdorfer Stadtpark (5min Fussweg) sehr grün und ruhig und dennoch belebt durch die direkte Nähe zum Akazienkiez. Der Akazienkiez und Goltzstrasse bieten eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Cafés und schönen Wochenmärkten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über WLAN, Waschmaschine usw. und ist ideal für ein Paar oder 2 Freunde. Für mehr Infos und Fotos schick mir gerne eine PN.

I'm subletting my beautiful, bright flat which is located in the heart of Schoeneberg . The rent includes all bills incl. electricity, wifi, GEZ etc.
The place

- bedroom with a 1,40m bed
- fully equipped kitchen with table
- bathroom.
The sleeping room is currently a kids room and will be turned into a sleeping room. More pictures upon request.
The area is lively, yet quiet and super green since it's located directly by a park. The Akazienkiez, which is only a 5-minute walk away, is full of lovely restaurants, cafés, yoga studios, small markets, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped incl. furniture, a washing machine, wifi, etc. It is perfect for a couple, two friends, or a single person.
I'm looking for responsible, clean, mindful people who take care of the flat. It's not suited for parties.

There is a park right on the other side of the street, so you have an amazing green view. The balcony is on the south side gifting you with sun all day long - from 5 am-4 pm :)
Closest UBahn is Eisenacher Str and SBahn Schöneberg. (Each around 7mins walk).
Bus is 2mins away at Rathaus Schöneberg.
- Rent includes bills for heating, internet, GEZ, electricity
- Anmelduing is unfortunately not possible
- the flat is a non-smoking flat, no parties, and no pets
- No loud noise after 10 pm.
Once we decide to proceed, I will prepare a contract and will need a copy of your passport.
