Priority to anyone who can stay the entire time, from Sep 18th - Dec 7th 2023.
Es ist ein schöner Raum mit vielen großen Fenstern, einem bequemen Bett, Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine/Trockner, maßgefertigten Holzmöbeln und einem Balkon mit Efeu und einem Platz zum Sitzen.
Der Raum bekommt viel Licht und hat auch Rolltore für jedes Fenster für die Sicherheit und Privatsphäre in der Nacht, da es im Erdgeschoss ist.
Zwei Hinweise:
-Ich habe viele Pflanzen und würde jemanden bevorzugen, der daran denken kann, sie einmal pro Woche zu gießen
-Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was gut für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist, aber auch etwas laut ist.
Obwohl die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ziemlich belebt ist, ist die Umgebung ein ruhiges Wohngebiet in Schöneberg.
Es gibt viele Parks in der Nachbarschaft, und sehr gute Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Eine Bushaltestelle (M46) ist 30 Sekunden von der Tür entfernt, und eine Ubahn-Haltestelle (Eisenacher Str) ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es ist auch 30 Sekunden von einem besonders netten Edeka, so ist es bequem Einkaufen bis 22 Uhr jede Nacht (außer Sonntag natürlich :-))
keine Partys, und bitte gießen Sie die Pflanzen einmal pro Woche :-)
Ich habe eine große Couch (247cm lang), um einen zusätzlichen Gast zu beherbergen, und das Bett kann bequem für 2 Personen (140cm x 200cm)
