The apartment has 2 rooms, but the winter garden is set up as a full 3rd room and is perfect for working, relaxing and dining. The apartment is furnished all around and offers everything you need for everyday life: Washing machine, dishwasher, tv and wifi
The apartment is very centrally located in Schöneberg, directly on the corner of Akazienstraße. The connection to S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus is more than perfect. Shopping facilities are not even 2 minutes walk away.
The location is perfectly equipped with cafes, restaurants and bars.
I would like to make the apartment available to someone who is dutiful and appreciates another person's space. I am not in Germany for this period and would like to make it available to someone who won’t have to bring tons of stuff, because i can’t empty my facility completely.
