Wir vermieten unsere zwei-Zimmer Wohnung vom 02.01.24 bis zum 01.03.24. Das kleine Zimmer (ca. 12 m2) nutzen wir als Schlaf und Ankleidezimmer. Das größere (ca.30 m2) Zimmer fungiert als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer. Von der Küche und dem Schlafzimmer aus schaust du in den Innenhof des Altbaus. Das bedeutet, dass es vergleichsweise ruhig ist und du in den Winternächten Berlins gut schlafen kannst. Die Zimmer sind möbliert und mit Parkett- Fußboden ausgestattet.

Ein großes Plus unserer Wohnung ist Ihre hervorragende Lage. Sie befindet sich zentral im süßen Akazienkiez, der mit zahlreichen Boutiquen, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants zum Flanieren prädestiniert ist. Zudem befindet sich der kleine Kleistpark vis à vis.

We are renting our two-room apartment from 02.01.24 to 01.03.24. We use the small room (about 12 m2) as a bedroom and dressing room. The larger room (approx. 30 m2) serves as a living room and study. From the kitchen and bedroom you look into the courtyard of the old building. This means that it is comparatively quiet and you can sleep well on the winternights of Berlin. The rooms are furnished and equipped with parquet floors.

A big plus of our apartment is probably its excellent location. It is centrally located in the sweet Akazienkiez, which is predestined for strolling with numerous boutiques, bars, cafés and restaurants.
