Wir suchen, da wir in eine andere Stadt ziehen, Nachmieter für unsere 50m2-Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg an der Grenze zu Schöneberg, Neukölln und Tempelhof. Die Lage ist also ideal und die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut (U6,S1,U7, Bus 140, Bus 104). Der Viktoria-Park ist direkt um die Ecke, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Cafés in der Nähe und außerdem den besten Eisladen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, Erdgeschoss, ist zwar gemütlich, aber nicht eben lichtdurchflutet.
Es gibt jetzt eine Kunstgallerie im Haus und die Nachbarn sind alle nett.
Erwähnenswert: die Dusche ist in der Küche :-)
