Ich möchte gerne näher an meinen Arbeitsplatz ziehen und suche mir ab Februar eine Wohnung in Reinickendorf / Tegel / Wedding (das wäre am besten) oder Mitte mit der Warmmiete bis 700€.
Ein WG Zimmer wäre auch möglich, aber nur 2er WG.
Biete meine Wohnung in Schöneweide an:
3 Stock, 48m2, Badewanne, separate Küche mit EBK. Die Miethöhe ist im Moment 640€ Warm (Strom und Internet noch dazu, bei mir 42€ und 35€ entsprechend), aber im März kann es eventuell etwas geringer angepasst werden. Aldi, Rewe, NKD und DM sind 5 min von der Wohnung sowie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Die Wohnung ist super und gefällt mir total, ich würde nie umziehen wollen, wenn nicht die Entfernung zur Arbeit.
Das Haus ist auch sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn nett.
Das Möbel und die Haushaltsgeräte (Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw.) kann man besprechen - ich kann es gegen Ablöse vollständig oder teilweise in der Wohnung lassen.
5 min bis ALDI, REWE, NKD und DM, 7 min bis Wuhlheide park
Wichtig - obwohl ich keine habe, sind Haustiere erlaubt.
