My name is Eric and I am hoping to rent my beautiful large apartment while I go back to America. The apartment is very large and beautiful. There are three large rooms all that are fully furnished, a full kitchen with all amenities, a full bathroom with washing machine, central heating, internet, large cellar space, and more. It is very close to all lovely places in West Berlin such as the Berliner Schloss, Tegeler See, Ku'Damm, and more. There are plenty of convenient shops right across the street to buy anything you may need. Please feel free to ask any questions and write me if you are interested in scheduling a time for a showing.
I am seeking to move back to America sometime during the summer (flexible with the date) until next summer (flexible with the date) and that is the length of time I am seeking to rent it although I'm open to negotiating if necessary. Also the apartment is much larger and nicer than the pictures show so if you are interested I very much suggest that you contact me to schedule a viewing and come here to see it rather than going off of the pictures alone.
