Hi,
We have a room for rent on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Spandau. There are two other occupied rooms in the flat share. The room faces the main street on the west side, the two windows in the room are accordingly built quite soundproof. The room will remain furnished when you move in, i.e. a bed including a mattress, a desk, cabinet , sofa and lamp. The WG shares its internet, the price for which is included in the rent. In the kitchen (fridge and general cupboard) and in the bathroom everyone has his own shelf to put food/hygiene products etc. . There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

Flat-Sharing-Life:
Two other flatmates. Both are computer science graduates and work in the software industry here in Berlin. They work mostly from home and are therefore often at home during the week. Both come from Pakistan and speak Urdu and English, so a basic Islam-friendly attitude would be an advantage. Alcohol and pork in the kitchen is difficult. The atmosphere in the shared flat is quite relaxed, during the week everyone follows his goals and enjoys living together. From time to time there are a few joint ventures such as trips to the movies or just eat together. Is of course not mandatory only again has desire and mood.
We are looking for a person who has an income cash flow, which can pay the rent. Student, worker or artist everyone is welcome.

The nearest bus stop can be seen from the window and is only a 2-minute walk from the room. By bus you will find yourself after 6min at the long-distance and regional train station Rathaus Spandau, where you can then also reach all corners of Berlin. The nearest supermarket is a 5min walk away, there are some fast food stores nearby. In the same way, you can reach the Havel River in 5 minutes, where you can spend your free time on the water.
