Die Wohnung hat 1.5 Zimmer mit 46,94qm. Sie wurde erst im August 2016 komplett saniert. Das Badezimmer bietet genügend Platz und hat eine schöne Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit einem Fliesenspiegel ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist trotz Hochparterre durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Der Balkon ist für die Wohnung sehr groß. Man hat viel Platz zum Grillen und Entspannen. Da der Balkon an eine kleine Einbahnstraße gerichtet ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten nie Stress mit Jemandem. Man kann entspannt Musik hören oder mal eine Feier machen. Eine Partygegend ist es jedoch nicht. Die Nachbarn sind alle ruhig gewesen und man wurde nie gestört.

Man findet alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Supermärkte (LIDL, Netto, Aldi, Real etc.), Dönerläden und Restaurants, Spätis, Bäcker und genügend Busse. Zur Havel sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Bullengraben, an dem man schön spazieren gehen kann.
