I would like to rent a flat. Flat is located in perfect area (spandau), just one minute walk to bus station (directly to messe nord icc). Two minutes walk to nearest supermarket which is rewe and also 3 minutes walk to netto and Edeka.
Lots of resturants and bars are surrounding with few minutes of walk.
Flat is a very bright flat.
Bathroom is with dusche and also well lighted with window.
Kitchen is well equiped with all electrical tools: Oven , freezer and fridge.

Flat is totaly about 50 square meters and had originally one big room which now is divided by new constructef wall to two 15sq rooms. Perfect for WG.

Pets allowance is negotiable,
Parking, you can park in the street in front of the door.

Flat is with basic furniture furnished and you can have two years contract. Neighborhood is pretty green and with 5 minutes walk you can reach to river spree or having nice walk in the forest area.
There is a beautiful garden behind the house which you can grill there and also there is a nice set of benchs and table there avaliable.
There is also a room in basement for storage.
Whole flat is lighted from two sides.

Cost of "Nebenkosten " for the flat is 100€per month.its calculated based on the bills of last year and will be calculated again in the feb 2022.(it is not included in the rent)
