Da wir aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen suchen wir ab frühestens 1.Juni, spätestens 1.Juli, Nachmieter für unsere 89qm Altbauwohnung in der Klosterstraße in Spandau. In fünf Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof Spandau, hier hat man U-Bahn/S-Bahn/Zug Anschluss, zum Hbf sind es mit dem Zug 10-15 min.
Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon (zur Straße raus). Die Kaltmiete beträgt ca. 926€ plus 124€ Nebenkosten, Gas und Strom bezieht der Mieter selbst - bei uns ca. 117€.
Die Küche sollte komplett (Einbauküche, Spülmaschine, Herd, großer Kühlschrank, Schränke und Bartisch mit 2 Stühlen) übernommen werden, außerdem noch der Spiegelschrank/Unterschrank im Bad, Gardinen, Rollos im Schlafzimmer. Die Ablöse beträgt 2.000€.
Besichtigungen können wir am Samstag (18.5) nachmittags und Sonntag (19.5) vormittags und mittags, anbieten. Einzelne Termine sind auch noch kurzfristig zu vergeben, also einfach eine Anfrage senden!
