Ich suche eine*n untermieter*in für ein zimmer in meiner wohnung für einen monat. Die wohnung liegt im Herzen von Steglitz, direkt am Einkaufszentrum und den ÖVM. Im schalfzimmer gibt es morgens sonne, im wohnzimmer abends. Generell ist die wohnung sehr hell. Küche und Bad gibt es natürlich auch - haben beide eik Fenster. Im Bad gibt es keine badewanne, nur eine Dusche. Ausserdem gibt es noch einen tollen balkon (loggia), auf den man sich ganz entspannt setzen kann. Das Rauchen innerhalb der wohnung ist nicht gestattet. Unten gibt es auch noch einen kleinen und gut gepflgten garten, in den man sich bei dem guten Wetter auf eine decke hinlegen ukd sonnen kann.

Ich wohne in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Steglitz. Man braucht zu Fuß nur 6 minuten zur Bahn. Busse halten wenige Meter vor der Tür. Genau dort befinden sich auch fussläufig einkaufsläden und spätis, die post uva. Der stadtpark ist auch fussläufig erreichbar.
