Hallo,
wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (6 und 3) und verreisen in der angegebenen Zeit. Wir haben die Wohnung eingerichtet mit einem Wohnzimmer, Spielzimmer und jeweils ein Erwachsenen- und ein Kinderschlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder, Kûche und eine großen Balkon. Mehr Bilder gibt es in den nächsten Tagen (ich bin noch nicht dazu gekommen) bzw. gerne auf Anfrage :)
Es ist eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung, darüber befindet sich aber noch eine weitere Wohnung, also sind die Wände nur leicht angeschrägt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, wobei das im Winter natürlich nur bedingt zur Geltung kommt. Das DG wurde ca. vor 20 Jahren ausgebaut.
Die Miete von 1450 Euro ist für die gesamte Zeit (1300 Euro pro Monat)
Die Gegend ist ruhig und trotzdem noch gut erreichbar aus der Innenstadt und die Nachbarn sind friedlich und sehr freundlich. Es gibt mehrere Parks und viel Grün in der nahen Umgebung.
Eventuell können wir bei dem Vermietungszeitraum etwas flexibel sein, also einfach anfragen und wir können besprechen was möglich ist.
