Da wir für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland sein werden, vermieten wir unsere Wohnung für diese Zeit.
Es handelt sich um eine gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung im Hinterhaus mit einer großen Küche, Tageslichtbad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie einem Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen eingerichtet. Theoretisch ist eine WG auch möglich, dann müssten die Möbel noch etwas getauscht werden. Bitte bei Interesse an WG nur melden, wenn ihr zu zweit sucht!
Die Miete beträgt 1200€ warm (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet)
Die Untermiete ist mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen.
Wir würden uns sehr über nette und zuverlässige Untermieter freuen, die sich in unserer Wohnung wohl fühlen und unsere Pflanzen am Leben halten. Besichtigungen können gerne im Januar/Februar stattfinden.

2-room apartment in Berlin Steglitz for sublet/temporary rent from March - August 2024
As we will be abroad for six months, we are renting out our apartment for this time.
It is a well-equipped and well-kept apartment in the rear building with a large kitchen, daylight bathroom, living room and bedroom as well as a balcony.

The apartment is furnished for a single person or a couple. Theoretically a shared flat is also possible, the furniture of the rooms could be changed. If you are interested in a shared flat, please only contact us if there are two of you!
The rent is 1200€ (incl. electricity, gas, internet)
Subletting has been agreed with the landlord.
We would be very happy to have nice and reliable subtenants who feel comfortable in our apartment and keep our plants alive. Viewings can take place in January/February.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in Berlin Steglitz. Busse sind in 3 min erreichbar, S-Bahn fußläufig in 10min Entfernung.
