Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung in Lankwitz. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, das größere mit 20 qm, das kleinere mit 15 qm groß und geht komplett zu einem begrünten Innenhof hinaus. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig!
Warmmiete beträgt 472€ warm mit Zentralheizung. Einmalig günstig für diese Wohngegend, dafür sind es aber auch einige Stufen bis hier oben.
Verkehranbindung ist super, 15 min Fußweg bis Rathaus Steglitz (S1) oder Lankwitz (S25) und mit dem Bus ist man in 15min in Dahlem Dorf, also direkt auf dem Campus.
Das Shoppingcenter "Das Schloss" ist ebenso nur 15 min entfernt.
Wir haben in der Wohnung zu zweit gewohnt und waren voll zufrieden, ziehen jetzt aber ins ebenso schöne Prenzlberg, wo wir ursprünglich herkommen. Back to the roots, wenn man so will.
Wenn ihr wollt, könnt ihr einen Küchenschrank übernehmen, in den eine Menge Geschirr passt (kostenlos), einen Schreibtisch (20 Euro) und ein hochwertiges 1 PErsonenbett (100 Euro). Aber nur wenn ihr wollt! Kein Muss!
